Your head count is based on your active animal roster — animals with a status of Active. Sold and deceased animals do not count toward your limit, so your plan cost reflects your current working herd size.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no upgrade fees.

Yes. Every plan includes every feature — health records, vaccines, document storage, location tracking, bulk import, and role-based access. The only difference between plans is the maximum number of active animals.

Billing is monthly, charged to the credit card on file via Stripe. You'll receive an emailed receipt after each charge. You can cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your data remains intact for 90 days after cancellation. During that period you can export your records or reactivate your account. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
